The location is excellent - close to many sights including the Louvre, metro access was easy, and we found we could walk almost everywhere from our hotel. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The breakfast for 10 euros is not worth it.
The hotel is close to all the Japanese restaurants (in fact, across from one of the best in Paris) and 1st arrondissement in general is fantastic.
The hotel staff is very mixed. Some outstanding and some very inexperienced. Completely paranoid about payments which is a bit offensive.
We stayed here Sept 26th and had a great stay. Was only for a night as we went to a concert at the Olympia, but it's location to the venue was perfect. Also a short walk to the Opera, Louvre, Notre Dame. Metro stops a short distance, so getting around Paris really easy. The room itself (#61) was cozy and clean and we even had a balcony with a decent view. The staff were great and accommodating. No problems leaving bags for a few hours after checkout to get some last minute sightseeing in too. English speaking and very lovely...
No complaints from us and would certainly recommend and/or stay here again ourselves.thanks
Bed was very comfortable and environment was quiet. Central location to Opera House, Japanese restaurants etc.very convenient and safe for single woman traveller.
No kettle inside room for hot water.
Family-run hotel, friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, near to 3 metro stations (Pyramides, Opera, 4 Novembre), and to Boulevard des Italiens, with cinemas and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Galeries Lafayettes department store (the hotel has a 10% discount card for the store).
Location is very good. You need only 5 minutes to rich the Louvre. Metro staition is very close to the hotel
Too thin walls
Great no fuss, no frills, little hotel. I will go back there, and stay anytime I'm in Paris
The breakfast could be a little bit more than croissants and bread....!
The size of room and the lack of comfortable seating.
People Very helpful and nice!
Rooms not so comfortable and a bit old.
Good location near the center of the city. A lot of small asian restaurants with sushi and noodles.
Rudely and disrespectful on the second day of stay from the early morning the hotel owner was forced us to change rooms to another with a fee for a small child. All the objections and requests to speak politely offered to find another hotel. Finally we moved to another room with the double floor with 30 euro upcost per day no breakfast included. No parking around except underground near Opera for 38 euro per day!!! For the next Paris visit will choose another hotel..
Great location and very friendly staff.
They hotel is a bit shabby, but that was not a big deal for us, since we were spending the most of the time out
A small hotel with the rooms are very small.
Great Staff the lady was very helpful will visit again!
Location is amazing. Staff is very helpfull. Value for money is a bargain
Some common areas need refurbishment.
Bathroom was not very comfy (plastic, tiny) Breakfast looked poor.
